With the opening of this new office, Beenox is not only creating skilled jobs and stimulating our booming technology sector, but also reinforcing Montreal’s position as a major and innovative hub in the global video game industry,” says Stéphane Paquet, President and CEO, Montreal International.

The choice of downtown Montreal as the site for this new office is a testament not only to the city’s economic vitality, but also to its status as a nerve center for technology and video games in Quebec. Beenox is eager to further contribute to this thriving ecosystem by taking an active part in the life of the metropolitan community. To this end, the studio is working to establish collaborations aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion through joint initiatives with local organizations.

“Thanks to the know-how and creativity of companies like Beenox, Quebec and its metropolis are recognized as leaders in the international video game industry. We’re proud to see Quebec studios continue to expand their activities and help make our industry even stronger and more competitive,” said Christopher Skeete, Minister for the Economy, Minister responsible for the Fight against Racism and Minister responsible for the Laval region.

“The realization of this investment in the heart of Montreal is proof of the attractiveness of our technological ecosystem. We work alongside subsidiaries of foreign companies to help them set up and pursue their activities in Quebec, so that they can continue to invest in Quebec’s economic development. Our team has been a proud supporter of Beenox for many years, and we look forward to accompanying them in their future projects, both here and abroad,” says Hubert Bolduc, President of Investissement Québec international.

Beenox also unveiled a new employer brand and visual identity. This new graphic universe is designed to underline Beenox’s creative momentum and accompany the studio in the next stage of its history.
