Committing to a more equitable and inclusive future
Our commitment to inclusion in our industry is unwavering. We promote this principle in everything we do, even beyond our workplace.
When I joined Beenox as a producer, I never imagined I'd one day be the Studio Head! I've been lucky enough to be entrusted with diversified mandates and to have managers who believed in me and supported my development. It's very important to me to be able to maintain and cultivate the culture of growth and investment in our teams.
Settling down in a completely different country initially scared me, but at Beenox, I felt welcomed from the very beginning and throughout the entire immigration process. I am grateful to work in a place where I can express my true self and collaborate with such an inspiring team, whether it's on my daily tasks, while participating in Beenox's Inclusion Commitee, or having fun during one of our social club activities.
As soon as I joined the Beenox team, I immediately felt a deep sense of belonging. Not only because the company produces world-renowned masterpieces, but also because of the people who make up the team, each of whom is an expert in his or her field and incredibly welcoming. I quickly realized that Beenox fosters personal and professional growth. In fact, every day I work here gives me an exceptional opportunity to progress, evolve and succeed, both individually and as part of a team.
Being empathetic by nature, I felt the need to get involved in different ways. I joined the Inclusion Committee, where we set up several activities to promote diversity. At the same time, my involvement in the Way2Play program makes me available to address the various concerns of my colleagues. My wish is that everyone at Beenox should always feel comfortable and confident.
As a member of the Beenox social club for almost 12 years and a member of the Extra Life committee, I try to get involved in the studio in different ways. I contribute in my own way to our goal of shaping Beenox into a large family where the desire for positive impact is at the heart of our corporate culture. At Beenox, we are agents of change working together to build a better future.
My passion for Inclusion Committee comes from my varied experiences, my travels and my residencies in different countries. I believe in the contribution of each individual, regardless of their personal history. My commitment is to give a voice to those who need it. Beenox is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the video game industry, every day.
